Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ftmtopsurgeryspecialist.com (the “Site”), operated by Dr. Daniela Cornélio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No Medical Advice

The content on this Site — including text, images, and general information about procedures — is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for a professional in-person consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or procedure. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Using the Site, submitting a contact form, uploading photos, or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only after a formal consultation and mutual agreement to proceed with care.

3. Consultation Requests and Photos

When you request a consultation, you may be asked to provide contact details and to upload photographs so the surgeon can prepare. You agree that the information and images you submit are accurate and are your own. A requested appointment time is a request only and is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any requested appointment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information;
  • Upload content that is not your own or that infringes the rights of others;
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data; or
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Individual Results

Any results, testimonials, or before-and-after materials shown on the Site reflect individual experiences. Surgical outcomes vary from person to person, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. All procedures carry risks that will be discussed with you during a formal consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the “3D Chest Sculpting Protocol™” name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information, including consultation photos.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
